Jim and I have been friends for quite a long time. We have fought togheter, bleed together, RPG'ed together, worried together, nearly died together, and all sorts of things which let me say that Jim is the closest thing to a brother I've ever had.
We bounce story ideas for LARPs and other games off each other all the time. I don't think he really understands how much I apprecieate his friendship and how important it is to me. He's one of the few people I was close to in high school that I remain close to today. When Jim takes something up as a hobby, he takes it up completely. His dedication is one of his best traits.
